Lab Orders

This service is available to receive lab order only. This service is intended for traditional annual physical labs, STI labs, Urinalysis, Iron Studies, Vitamin D and HCG. This service is not specialty labs. This appointment does not cover the cost inquired at the laboratory of your choice. A follow up appointment is required to review the lab results. The follow up appointment will be $10 and should be scheduled once results are received.
